The service

Initially, we conduct a comprehensive briefing of your ideas and needs.

As professional property finders we have access to properties from every agent in the area and can usually ensure that our Clients are the first to know when a new property is coming onto the market. We also have the ability to source off-market properties, in addition to a number of other ways of finding properties that the 'average' buyer would miss.

Within 10 days of the briefing, we will select a range of properties for you to view. Each short-listed property will be sent to you with a written report covering its key features and benefits.

You select your prefered properties.

We will then view the properties together.

We will produce a summary of each viewing.
If this initial search does not reveal your ideal home, the process will start again, incorporating any learnings and preferences. When you have found the home that you wish to buy we will negotiate the price on your behalf; having discussed and agreed a negotiation strategy with you.
Once your offer has been accepted, we will liase with the solicitors; the surveyors ; the agents and any other third parties involved to ensure that the sale progresses as quickly and as smoothly as possible.
To ensure that you are in control of the process, and to provide you with peace of mind, you will receive weekly updates. Additionally, you will be able to contact us for guidance and consultation throughout the search.
The fee

There is an initial registration fee which starts at £350 for a 3 month search. This fee can be refundable upon exchange.

The success fee is based on either a percentage of the property's original cost or a percentage of the saving Homes and Herts negotiate.
