HomeScout Lite - When you want to be 'hands on'

We also offer a HomeScout Lite service. This service is for those who want to be 'hands on' in their search yet still have a source of advice & guidance at the end of the phone.

The service

  • We will take a full brief from you.
  • We will send through any properties that meet your requirements, on a weekly basis. Based on the criteria defined in your brief, we will provide a rationale for each property that we send through.
  • There will be weekly status reports detailing the properties you have been sent
  • Phone support is available throughout the process
  • This service can be upgraded to the full HomeScout service if you ever feel that you need more support
The Fee
  • The initial registration fee starts at £275. The fee covers the first 3 months of the search and is non-refundable
  • Thereafter, a retention fee £75 per calendar month is charged.
  • Once the ideal property is found negotiation support can be added if wished.
    • The charge will be 7.5% of negotiated discount or 0.5% of the original house cost , whichever is the greater.
    • Sales progression support (i.e. dealing with surveyors, solicitors, agents and other professional services) is included within the negotiation package.
