HomeStart - moving in services and support

Homes and Herts, unlike other agencies, do not sub-contract any work to third party suppliers. However, we are able to introduce you to local comanies who may provide the services that you require. Homes and Herts do not receive any fees from either party for this service. Your terms of engagement will, therefore, be between you and the relevant supplier.
One-off services
To make your first months in your new home as comfortable as possible HomeStart can provide access to all the services that a new homeowner could need. From removals teams to builders, from cleaners to an interior designer.
We only pass on the details of suppliers who have been recommened to us by previous Clients or who have used ourselves. If you feel that you would benefit from any of these services, please ask for details.
A bespoke moving-in service
This bespoke moving-in service ensures that on the day you move into your new home your possessions are unpacked and placed where you want them; all of your utilities are connected and your fridge is stocked. If you are interested in this package please call or email us and we can provide you with the relevant contact details.
As standard, we provide all new homeowners with a list of useful local contacts. If you require anything more specific - just ask and we will do all we can to meet your needs.
