Homes and Herts was founded by Seanne Ryder in 2008. The team at Homes and Herts are Hertfordshire/Essex locals who share a love and in-depth understanding of the area we cover. Other search agencies within the South and East of England do not employ local people and, in many instances, the executives cover many many counties. This is where our offer differs; our services are based on long term local knowledge.
Whilst, within the team, we have estate agency experience, we have decided that our interests lay 'on the other side of the fence' - spending time and imparting knowledge to buyers to help them make informed decisions.
We work for the buyer, on behalf of the buyer and only for the buyer. We, therefore, perfectly complement the services offered by Estate Agents who only work for the seller. Put another way, we are your agent and we are on your side!
